ZzzQuil 夜間助眠 Liquicaps 膠囊 - 1 入盒裝

I was skeptical about the 20-minute claim, but I took one before bed and was genuinely drowsy before my usual hour. The 50 mg capsules are easy to swallow and worked without leaving me groggy the next morning.

These knocked me out in about twenty minutes, just like the box promises, and the liquicap format made them easy to swallow without any chalky aftertaste. Woke up the next morning feeling clear-headed, not groggy like with other sleep aids I've tried.

I’ve been reaching for these on nights my mind won't shut off, and they genuinely have me dozing off about 20 minutes after swallowing one. The 50 mg dose feels just right for occasional use without leaving me groggy the next morning.
