Popped one before bed after a long day of yard work and the nagging ache in my lower back finally let me sleep through the night. Works for headaches too, and it's nice knowing it's non-habit-forming so I'm not worried about relying on it.
The two-pack box is handy since I can keep one in my nightstand and one in my travel bag. It knocks out my minor aches and the sleeplessness that comes with them, and I like that it's non-habit-forming.
