Bought the 30-drop bag for my desk drawer and the cherry flavor actually tastes good instead of medicinal. The 5.8 mg of menthol in each drop quiets a tickly cough fast, and I like that it also has eucalyptus oil to open up my sinuses.

The menthol hit is strong enough to clear my sinuses for a few minutes, which I wasn't expecting from a cherry drop. Thirty in the bag lasts me a couple weeks of nightly coughing fits.

These actually quiet my cough fast, and the menthol cooling in my nose is a nice bonus when I'm stuffed up. Only gripe is the cherry flavor is pretty sweet after the third drop, but I keep a bag in my desk anyway.
