The bristles are firm enough that my teeth feel properly scrubbed, but they’re not harsh on my gums like some hard brushes I’ve tried. I’ve been using it twice a day for a couple weeks now, and my mouth just feels cleaner between brushings.

It does the job, though I wasn't expecting the medium bristles to feel this stiff on my gums the first week. The handle has a decent grip when wet, but I wish the head were a bit more angled for reaching back molars. Still, it's a solid everyday brush for the price.
