The spray is so gentle I forget I even used it, and knowing it's preservative and drug free makes me feel better about reaching for it daily. My nose stays moisturized for hours without any harsh chemicals.

Kept expecting the usual sting, but this mist is genuinely gentle—no burning at all even with dry winter sinuses. It clears things out enough without leaving that medicated drip feeling. Only giving four stars because the spray bottle could be more precise, but it does the job.
