That sinus pressure headache was gone in about half an hour, and the decongestant effect actually lasted most of the day. The fact that it handles both the pain and the stuffiness in one pill is a real time-saver when you're feeling awful.
It does open up my sinuses when the congestion is bad, and the pain relief is decent for the pressure. But ten pills doesn't last long when you're taking two every few hours, so it feels a bit pricey for what you get.
