Woke up with a stiff neck and couldn’t get back to sleep last night, so I finally tried these instead of just staring at the ceiling. The ibuprofen took the edge off the ache within half an hour while the diphenhydramine pulled me under gently—no groggy haze this morning, which surprised me.
I was skeptical about needing a sleep aid for my back pain, but the ibuprofen plus the diphenhydramine citrate knocked me out in about 20 minutes. Woke up the next morning with the ache gone and didn't feel groggy at all. This two-pack will last me through the winter for sure.
