Starkist Lunch To Go Palaton Kevyt Tonnikala Vesi Kitissä

I was skeptical about a shelf-stable tuna kit, but the calorie count per serving actually makes it easy to track lunch without weighing anything. The mayo packet mixed in smoothly and the 19 grams of protein kept me full until dinner.

The mayo packet and tuna pouch are perfectly portioned, so I get a full 19 grams of protein without any guesswork. It’s my go-to when I need something filling but don’t want to bother with a real meal.

Portion’s decent for a quick desk lunch, and I liked that the tuna pouch is actually light and not too fishy. But the mayo packet felt skimpy and the crackers were crushed by the time it arrived, so it’s more of a “fine in a pinch” than a crave-worthy meal.
