The flaky golden crust stays perfectly crisp in the toaster, and the gooey strawberry filling actually oozes out a bit, which I love. Knowing there's three grams of whole grain in there makes the mid-morning sugar hit feel slightly less guilty.

I was skeptical about the "healthier recipe" claim, but the flaky golden crust still toasts up just as crisp and the gooey strawberry filling gets perfectly molten in the microwave. Three grams of whole grain for a quick desk snack that actually satisfies.

The strawberry filling stays perfectly gooey after just 40 seconds in the toaster, and the flaky golden crust holds up without crumbling everywhere. I've bought these for years and the whole grain tweak hasn't changed that familiar taste one bit.
